What a circle is
A LUMIA circle is an Elemental Rhythm Breathwork experience: a small group of people lying comfortably in a warm room, breathing together in a guided rhythm of conscious connected breath while music, movement, and meditation carry the experience. You do not need any experience, any flexibility, or any belief. You need a mat, a blanket, and two hours.
The group is kept intentionally intimate, and that is a feature, not a limitation. It means you are personally guided and genuinely held, rather than being one of a hundred bodies in a hall.
What the two hours look like
- 1
Arrival
You are welcomed, you settle onto your mat, and you land. No rush, no performance.
- 2
Grounding
A short guided meditation to arrive in your body and set an intention, or simply to be here.
- 3
The Breath Journey
The heart of the circle. A guided rhythm of connected breathing carried by music, with Nubbia guiding you the entire way.
- 4
Integration
Quiet time to rest and let the experience settle. Blankets, stillness, no demands.
- 5
Closing
An optional sharing circle. Speak if you want to, listen if you would rather. Both are welcome.
What is included
- A fully guided breathwork journey
- Nubbia's personal guidance throughout
- Opening grounding meditation
- Integration circle after the breath
- Post-event support by email
Who it is for
Women and men carrying stress, grief, burnout, or simply the weight of a full life. People who are curious, people who are skeptical, and people who just need two hours where nothing is asked of them. First timers are welcome in every circle.
An honest note on who it is not for: strong breathing practices are not suitable during pregnancy or for those with certain medical conditions without a physician's clearance. If that might be you, please read the health disclaimer and reach out before registering. We would rather have the honest conversation than sell you a ticket.

Questions, answered honestly
Is breathwork safe for complete beginners?
Yes. Most circles include first timers, and the practice is fully guided from start to finish. You will know exactly what to do at every moment, and you can soften or pause your breathing at any time. Nothing is forced.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose clothing you can lie down and breathe freely in. Layers are a good idea, as body temperature often shifts during the practice.
Is this religious or spiritual?
No religion, no doctrine, nothing to believe in. Breathwork is a physical practice with an emotional effect. People of every background and no background attend.
What if I cry?
Then you cry, and you will not be the only one who ever has. Emotion moving is a normal, healthy part of this work. You will be held with complete care and zero judgment.
What if nothing happens for me?
That is normal too. Some people feel a great deal during the session, others notice the shift in the days after: better sleep, more patience, less weight. There is no right way to experience a circle.
I have a medical condition. Can I attend?
Strong breathing practices are not recommended during pregnancy or for people with cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma, or certain psychiatric histories without clearance from a physician. Please read the health disclaimer and check with your doctor first. Reach out before registering and we will talk it through honestly.
What is the refund policy?
Spots are limited, so registrations are transferable to a future circle with at least 48 hours notice. If you need to cancel entirely, contact us and we will do our best to be fair to you and to the person on the waitlist.
Can I bring a partner or a friend?
Absolutely. Many people find it easier to come with someone they trust the first time. Register a spot for each of you, as circles are intentionally small and do sell out.

A different kind of evening
Not a breathwork circle. An intimate evening about grief, signs, and the quiet certainty that connection does not end.
