I do not believe you are broken.
I am Nubbia. When my brother crossed into the spirit world, grief forced open parts of myself I had spent years avoiding. I was not looking to become a healer. I was trying to survive. What I found instead was the breath, and then something beyond it: the quiet certainty that the connection between us had never actually broken.
Now I guide people who are holding everything together on the outside and carrying something heavy on the inside. Some come to breathe. Some come because they sense something they cannot yet name. Both are welcome.
